Terms & Conditions - Training Courses

Note: (Working days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays and bank holidays)

• More than 10 working days from the course start date – you may cancel or reschedule the course or place on the course without penalty.

•  At least 10 working days from the course start date - you may cancel or reschedule your course or place on the course. However, please note that all courses carry a minimum cancellation charge of 30% of the course price. If payment has been made, a refund will be issued less the cancellation charge.

• At least 5 working days from the course start date - you may cancel or reschedule your course or place on the course. However, please note that all courses carry a minimum cancellation charge of 60% of the course price. If payment has been made, a refund will be issued less the cancellation charge,

•  At least 3 working days from the course start date. There will be no refund for courses cancelled.

• All refund credits may take up to 30 days from date of refund.

• All fees are non-refundable once a course commences.

• Participants should be in the training venue at least 15 minutes before the notified course start time.

• Participants who are late for a course will not be permitted on the course

• Replacement certificates can be issued at a minimum charge of €10

• Credit card payments are only accepted for amounts up to €100
