Hazard Identification and Reporting Course
Course details:
This hazard identification and reporting course aims to give you the tools to identify hazards in the workplace and comply with Section 19 of the 2005 Act, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment.
The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 states that it shall be the duty of every employer to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the safety, health and welfare at work of their employees.
This course works in tandem with risk assessment and is not a substitute for thorough risk assessment.

- be familiar with use of hazard reporting forms.

Who is this course aimed at?:
All employees who are struggling with the concept of identifying hazards in the workplace. It helps employee understand the need for a near miss/potential hazard reporting system and in turn boosts the reporting of same.
Delegate assessment:
Practical assessment during course and theoretical assessment at end of course.

Certification:
Certificate to each delegate valid for three years.
