How our on-site environmental health & safety consultancy works:
Our safety management expert will go to your site and review all the current safety systems in place and in use in your facility. We will then perform a gap analysis identifying areas for improvement and help put corrective action in place and ensure that the existing systems are improved.
Areas to be looked at include:
- tiered health & safety accountability
- communication
- training
- accident reporting
- hazard identification and near miss reporting
- emergency planning and response
- safety inspections
- safety auditing
- housekeeping
- guarding
- behavioural based safety programmes.
Robustness of all these areas, and more, will be checked. If these systems do not already exist we will help put these systems in place.
Our aim is to ensure that you are self-sufficient when we leave, and that all systems listed above will be in place and in use. At the very least, the systems will be continuously making progress with an end date in sight.
The scope of our on-site role can be determined by you, the client, or by the client in conjunction with mobiletraining.ie.
